Reyngold Psychotherapy & Wellness Center is an inter-disciplinary team of psychotherapists and health care practitioners working with individuals, couples, families, and groups in Chicago and the North Shore.
Our team is committed to treating you in total—healing both your body and mind. Our practice is modeled around the belief that no two people are the same, and each of us is shaped and affected by our own uniquely personal experiences.
That’s why there’s no pre-determined or prescriptive approach to your therapy. Our team can assist you in exploring your family history, early experiences or other life issues that have helped shape who you are.
The end goal is always to determine how past experiences relate to current life issues and how we can guide you towards a healthier, more balanced life.
